Australian Animal Protection Society

Binalong Bay Cottage is owned outright by the Australian Animal Protection Society due to the generous donation of its former owner.

A little about the Australian Animal Protection Society…..

Although most animals in their care are dogs, cats and rabbits, they accept ALL animals in need. Including native animals, farm animals, birds, ferrets, and other domesticated animals. AAPS is a community-based, not-for-profit registered Charity. Relying entirely upon volunteers and community support together with our Opportunity Shops, to provide essential financial support for the Shelter as we do not receive any Government funding at all. They work very closely with ALL animal welfare organisations in an endeavour to provide protection, assistance, and welfare for all animals.

You can help this simply by staying at the property as all profits go directly to the AAPS. Book now and help our animals.

Binalong Bay Cottage Is Back

We are thrilled to announce that after approximately 3 years of being closed for business Binalong Bay Cottage is to start taking bookings again from June 15 2020. Many former guests have been asking me about the cottage, so now, in this rather trying times due to Covid-19, we are able to allow guests to come and enjoy the fabulous ambience of Binalong Bay Cottage once again.

Please phone me for bookings on 0407808738, or use the email form on the rates page.

Whale season

It is whale season here at the Bay of Fires. October/November is a great time to keep an eye out for whales.  At Binalong Bay Cottage you can sit on the deck and spend the day on whale and dolphin watch

Newly refurbished

Binalong Bay Cottage was formerly one of the Bay of Fires Character Cottages. It has since been refurbished and is now accepting bookings. We have only just re-opened, be quick and secure a week at Binalong Bay this Christmas/New Year.
